Creme Fraiche and Caviar Appetizers

This beautiful creme fraiche and caviar appetizer requires no cooking. Use unique potato chips for a delicious bite!

INGREDIENTS

       1 bag blue potato chips

       1 teaspoon chives, 1 inch cuts

       8 teaspoons Creme Fraiche

       8 teaspoons Caviar (125 g tin recommended)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Arrange 16 uniformed chips on a serving platter.
  2. Top each chip with 1/2 teaspoon of Creme Fraiche and ROE Caviar.
  3. Garnish with chives. Enjoy immediately.
