Smoked Salmon Flatbread Pizza

Créme fraîche and smoked salmon are classic caviar companions. Just add warm flatbread for a delicious addition to any meal.

INGREDIENTS

Flatbread (either homemade or bought in-store)
Créme Fraîche
Smoked Salmon
Fresh Dill
Lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat flatbread in oven or toaster.
  2. Place flatbread on serving plate. Spread créme fraîche onto center of flatbreads, leaving space around the edges to create a "pizza crust".
  3. Lay smoked salmon slices in one layer on top of créme fraîche, sprinkle with dill and lemon zest.
  4. Drop ROE Caviar by the spoonful and evenly distribute onto pizza.
