A5 Wagyu Taco with ROE

A5 Wagyu Taco with ROE Caviar by Ross Deutsch (@thisguycooks)

Ingredient List

  • 4 Corn Tortillas
  • 1 x  5 oz   A5 Wagyu Ribeye
  • 20 grams of ROE Caviar
  • 1 handful of micro cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Recipe

  1. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper
  2. Meanwhile, pre-heat oven to 500F and place your well seasoned steak stone in for 40 minutes. Once the stone is hot, remove from the oven and set on its tray.
  3. Place the steak on it for 2 minutes and cook until golden brown. Flip and allow to cook for another 30-45 seconds, then remove from heat and allow to rest for 4-6 minutes
  4. Once your steak has rested, slice it thinly on a bias.
  5. Add steak to your warmed tortilla. Squeeze 1/4 of your lime onto the steak, and top with micro cilantro and caviar.
