Smoked Salmon Tartine with Caviar by Samantha Schwab
Yields one tartine
1 slice of bread (we like sourdough), toasted
2 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
2 slices of ROE smoked salmon
pinch of red onion, small dice
handful of dill fronds
20g ROE caviar
1. Slather sliced bread with cream cheese and add 2 slices of ROE smoked salmon.
2. Top with red onion (to taste), dill, chives, and caviar.
